Sustainable Resilience

The dictionary definition of resilience is “the ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape.”
For people, resilience is “the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties -- toughness.”

Are you the kind of person that can bounce back?

Cross-cultural life and ministry entail many constant, chronic stressors as well as occasional life-crunching events.  To recover our footing, maintain our perspective and stay true to our ministry calling, resilience is critical! This two-week course is designed to give you tools to understand and grow in resilience and to keep your life and ministry true to your calling.

Join a group of fellow cross-cultural workers to explore ways we can order our lives and ministries and walk with God in ways that enhance our sustainable resilience.
